Since our products are made especially for you, we currently accept returns or replacements only in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Product not matching personal expectations

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Change of color/style preference

• Accidental or duplicate orders

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional product cost.

Please carefully check our size chart before placing your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size was selected by the customer.
